Opened in March of 2025, Minoru offers a refined approach to traditional Japanese cuisine. Dishes includ donburi, tataki, curries, soba, udon and more. Led by Chef Meiji Pattamasingcha, who also owns Thai restaurant, SLA Thai, the restaurant is housed on the second floor of the building and offers an intimate atmosphere with an open kitchen at its center.
